“When Time Stands Still”

March 9, Dn. 9:4-10; Lk. 6:36-38
When one judges, he or she makes a judgment about himself. what we say about others we are saying about ourselves, so lets not judge.
i went to the doctor, my weight is up, need to lose 40 pounds, oh i hage the continued diet, but have no choice. went to lodi to see Janet, who has been in a coma for many years, and is now at the end of her life. time stands still as i pray with her, for the only time is endless in her presence, and reminds me that time is endless. it stands still in these moments. as i give her the final rites, anoint and pray with her i am reminded all we have is God–nothing nor no one else matters, only God. it is in these moments that my calling means much–and i thank God for that calling. home to bed, feeling lousy, but a great day. deo gratis! thanks be to God!
